At Jongoma Closet, we offer both Ready to Wear and Custom Tailoring services! This Service provides all form of sewing including, garment alteration, custom made outfit for any occasion, Asobi's, and Wedding Sewing, all event sewing bookings and many more. Return and Exchange Policy

At Jongoma Closet Clothing Line, we are committed to providing quality services and products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your sewing booking:

1. No Returns or Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   - Customers have the right to cancel their sewing booking within 48 hours of placing the order. If cancellation is made within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

   - Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will not be entitled to a refund.

3. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your sewing appointment. This deposit will secure your booking and is essential for our scheduling.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit amount is non-refundable. By placing a sewing booking, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable deposit policy.

5. Customer Agreement: If you are not comfortable with this policy, we kindly ask that you do not place a sewing booking with us.
